Sarong

I’ve gotten some crazy misspellings of my name in my day, but today somebody typo’d my name as “Sarong”. According to Wikipedia:

A sarong or sarung is a large tube or length of fabric, often wrapped around the waist, worn in Southeast Asia, South Asia, West Asia, North Africa, East Africa, West Africa, and on many Pacific islands.

I guess that means there’s something about me that (metaphorically) screams “he’s covering up his private parts.”

And that I am.

You see, what you’ve read about me isn’t the full story. On the inside, there are mundane thoughts and feelings about friends, work, and food.

And then there are those other thoughts. But you’ll never know what they are, because they’re covered up by a sarong.
